Strain and pour the mixture into the pan before you add the caramel.
In a double boiler for 45 minutes, put in the oven.
Stick to it via wire or thin knife that is ready to verify. Knife comes out clean, it means that the pie is ready.
Carefully remove it from the oven to prevent burning, and put on the wire grill. Until it is completely cold to cool to room temperature.
