 Vegetable Bhakarwadi

Ingredients

• refined flour (Maida) 1 cup                                        
• 1 tablespoon coarse (Lava / ribs)
• Salt
• 2 tablespoons oil + fried
• French beans, chopped 100 g
• Green peas one hundred grams
• potatoes, boiled mashed potatoes
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Ginger green chili sauce 2 tsp
• 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
• 5 teaspoons coconut, scraping
Method
Semi-soft dough coarse flour, salt, refined flour 2 tablespoons oil and enough water. Covered with a damp cloth and set aside. Green beans and green beans blanch until soft. Drain thoroughly and potatoes. Mix together, green beans, green beans, potatoes, salt, black pepper, garam masala powder, ginger, green chili sauce, coriander leaves and coconut. Divide the dough into four equal portions and roll into thin chapattis. Spread vegetable mixture evenly in all four chapattis. Tightly roll cylinder and cut the cylinder into half-inch slices. The kadai deep fry bhakarwadis of sufficient heat oil over medium heat until golden and crisp. Discharged on absorbent paper and services.

Chef tips
Case, filled with a mixture of thin, add a little poha and mixed.
