Caesar’s Salad

The world famous salad with tangy dressing.Cooking time :5-10 minutes

ingredients


slice of bread

• 1 tablespoon oil

Lettuce 1/2 bunch

• Lollorosso lettuce 1/2 bunch of

• 5-6 basil leaves

• Parmesan cheese, grated 100 g

• The trimmed

• 2 eggs

• sea salt to taste

• garlic, peeled 2

• black pepper 3-4

• Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon

• 1 teaspoon mustard

• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

 Method
Boil enough water in a non-stick pan, add the eggs and boil them only four minutes. Crushed sea salt, garlic, black pepper in a mortar. Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard sauce, mix well. Break the eggs and add. Add extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Cut a slice of bread into one inch pieces. Heat oil in another non-stick frying pan, add to the slightly crisp, edge-browned slices of bread, fried. Leaves Wash and dry, tear them, and place them in a large bowl. Torn basil leaves and lettuce. Add cheese crumbs or grated cheese. Add the fried bread, toss gently. Pour the salad dressing and gently toss. Serve immediately.
