Capsicum Raita

Smoky roasted peppers, making this the preta real special.

ingredients
 
• red pepper, peeled, cut into small pieces and bake for a medium-sized
 
• yogurt 1 1/2 cups
 
• 1 teaspoon black salt (kala-azar Mark-resistant)
 
• Salt
 
• 1 teaspoon red chili powder
 
• roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon
 
• Fresh mint leaves, chopped 1 tablespoon
 
 Method
 
Place the yogurt in a bowl and stir until smooth. Add red pepper flakes, black salt, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, mint leaves and mix well. Refrigerated and services.
