Candy Crunch Cheese Cake

 Candy Crunch Cheese Cake

Base topped with a mixture of chocolate biscuits, chewing gum, candy, cream cheese and double cream.Cooking time :10-15 minutes

Ingredients
• chewing gum candy 150 g

• 400 g cream cheese

• 150 ml double cream

• chocolate bars 2-3

• Cornstarch / corn starch 10 g

• chocolate biscuits 10-15

• Butter to 60 grams

• 2 tablespoons gelatin

 Method

Cream cheese in a bowl. Add the double cream and mix well. Chopped chocolate and candy, and sprinkle with corn flour and mix well. Add them to the cream cheese mixture.
Seal biscuits. Add a few cookies cream cheese mixture. Grinding the rest of the cookies and transfer to a bowl. Add the butter and mix well.

Gelatin, dissolved in ¼ cup of water and add the cream cheese mixture and mix well. Line up a spring form cake cookies cream mixture, and then press the tin. Poured into the cream cheese mixture evenly spread in the biscuit layer. Keep the cake tin in the refrigerator to set. Cut into wedges and serve frozen.
