• carambola, sliced 1
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1/4 teaspoon black salt (kala-azar Mark-resistant)
• 1 teaspoon red chili powder
• Chaat masala 1/4 tsp
• tamarind chutney 2 tablespoons
• Green chili sauce 1 tablespoon
• Salt
• 1 onion
• 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
• potato chip garnish
Method
Hot oil non-stick pan. Cubic taro and grill pan. Rough carambola slices. Transfer taro into the bowl, add black salt, red chili powder, Chaat masala, tamarind chutney, green chutney and salt.

Method
