Ingredients
• purple yam, peeled, cut into 1-inch-thick strips 21/2 cups
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1/4 teaspoon black salt (kala-azar Mark-resistant)
• Salt
• Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
• Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
MethodDeep non-stick pan heat enough water and blanch purple yam. Loss. Heat oil in another non-stick pan, the fire purple yam fry for two minutes.
Add black salt, salt, red chili powder, Chaat masala, mix media cook for 8-10 minutes, or heat, or until golden brown purple yam. Serve immediately.
