• celery, chopped 2-inch piece
• 3 cups vegetable stock
• Salt
• 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
• Green chili sauce 2 tablespoons
Crushed black pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch / corn starch
• 1 tablespoon white vinega
Garlic, minced

Method
In a deep non-stick pan, heat oil. Add onion, green beans, carrots, celery, mushrooms, cabbage, ginger, green peppers and vegetable stock and cook.
