Method
1. Hot oven 200C/180C fan / gas 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper or aluminum foil - which helps to prevent fish sticks tin, as it cooks. Brush the salmon skin oil, and it skin side of the paper.
2. Mixed ground ginger, chili, pepper, mustard, honey and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Side of the fish meat is evenly spread.
3. Bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked - check poked with a knife divided into fillets, and fish flakes easily.
4.Serve directly from the tin, or use a couple of fish, the salmon to a large plate. Film into parts and services with lemon wedges on the side.
