Masala Poori

Ingredients


• refined flour (Maida) 1 cup

• Fresh parsley, chopped 1/2 tablespoon

Method


Adequate Heat oil in kadai. Flour mixed together, Lava, carom seeds enough water and salt in a bowl and knead into a dough.

Apply a little oil to the dough. Covered with wet muslin cloth, one side and kept in a period of time. In another bowl grams of flour, fennel seed powder, cumin seed, baking soda, Chaat masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt mixed together. Add coriander leaves and a little water and mix well.
