Caramelized Banana Crepes

Pizza served "caramalized the banana sauce.Cooking time :10-15 minutes

Type: Non vegetarian

Ingredients

 • 4 ripe bananas

• 50 grams of sugar

• refined flour (Maida) 125 g

• Milk 325 ml

• eggs, beaten 3

• 50 g butter

• 50 g butter

• 50 grams of brown sugar

• Cheese 100 grams

 Method
Sugar and refined flour in a bowl. Gradually pour the milk into the bowl and whisk well to form a smooth batter.

Add the eggs and butter and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes. Peeled, cut bananas. In non-non-stick butter, add brown sugar, bananas and cook, stirring, until the formation of a thick sauce. Other non-non-stick pan heated and poured into a pot to scoop the batter, swirl to form a thin and uniform crepe.

Spread a generous mixed a spoonful of banana crepe, top with a little cheese and a half times and serve hot.
