Triple Chocolate Mousse

Triple Chocolate Mousse

Milk, black, white melted chocolate, gelatin and mixed cream to make this fantastic mousse.Cooking-time :10-15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 Preparation time :10-15 minutes

Ingredients
• 200 grams of dark chocolate chips

• Milk chocolate chips 200 g

• 200 g white chocolate chips

1 tablespoon powdered sugar

• gelatin, dissolved in water, 1/2 tsp.

• Whipped cream 2 cups

 Method
Placed in three different bowls and three melted chocolate in a minute in the microwave. They are mixed in a bowl of hot again in the microwave for about one minute.
Remove the bowl of microwave Add powdered sugar whisk. Add the gelatin and mix. Add cream and mix well. Transfer to a small bowl in the refrigerator for one hour. Serve cold.
