Soya Aloo Tikki


Soya Aloo Tikki

Potatoes and soybeans tikkis stuffed with spicy to mixed Pomegranate seeds.Cooking time :10-15 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup soy granules
• potatoes, boiled, peeled 5
• 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
• black pepper 10-12
• a 1 inch ginger
• Green pepper
• 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate pearl
• Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon sprinkle
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch / corn starch
• Salt
• Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
• 2-3 tablespoons of oil

Method

Small nonstick saute dry roasted coriander seeds and crushed black pepper. While cooling. Chopped ginger, green pepper. Mixed in a bowl with ginger, green pepper and pomegranate pearl

Coarse grinding coriander seeds and black pepper in a bowl. Add chaat masala mix. In another bowl, mash the boiled potatoes. Add the soy particles and mix well. Add the cornstarch, salt and garam masala powder, mixed into the dough. In the non-oil Heat a non-stick pan. 

Divide the dough into equal portions, shaping them into katoris and the things pomegranate mixture, bring the edges and seal. Further shape their tikkis. Shallow fried tikkis the two sides until evenly cooked on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper. The chaat Massa Lazard on a little, and serve hot.
