Ingredients
• 250 g dark chocolate, chopped
• tablespoons butter 3/4
• refined flour (Maida) 1/2 cup
• 1/2 cup milk
• (sugar) 1 cup castor sugar
• egg white 4
Method
In a bowl, melt chocolate in a microwave. Heat the butter in a non-non-stick pan, add refined flour, lightly fried. Add milk, little by little, and mix well. Prepare the fruit base.
Melted chocolate is removed from the microwave oven. Turn off the heat, add the melted chocolate soufflé base. Mix well. Transfer to a bowl, while cooling. Add half of the castor sugar and mix well. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In another bowl, egg white and whip from time to time add a little white sugar remaining. Beat the eggs until soft peaks form.
Add a little chocolate milk, egg white and mix well. Then add the remaining egg whites and mix well. This mixture was poured into a crisp mold lubrication. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
