Orange Peel Pachadi

Ingredients


Orange peel - 1 cup (cut into small pieces)
Tamarind - lemon size (soaked in water)
Tool of Kulambu Milagai / Sambhar powder - 1 tblsp
Brown sugar - 2 tblsp (powder)
Salt -

Tempering
Oil - 3 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds (methi) - 1/4 tsp.
Red pepper / green pepper - 2
Curry leaves - a spring

Method

1. Heat the oil in a kadai and crackle mustard seeds, fenugreek, red pepper and curry leaves.
2. Add orange peel and fry for a few minutes.
3. Add sambhar powder, fry for a minute.
4. Next add the tamarind water, the powdery raw sugar and salt required.
5. Let the gravy to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until the gravy into syrup and thick.
6. Turned off. Services rice cereal or white rice and curry.
You can make it sweet orange peel sauce, and swim.
