Mixed Fruit Burfi

Peach and plum flavor burfi.Cooking time :10-15 minutes

Ingredients

• slightly overripe peach 2
• plums
• Khoya / Mawa, grated 2 cups
• 1/4 cup sugar
• Mixed nuts, chopped needs
• Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
• shortening lubrication

Method


Peaches, peeled and finely chop them. Chopped plums. Heat a non-stick pan, sugar and add khoya, green cardamom powder and cook until melted khoya and sugar dissolves.

Grease tray ghee. Spread the nuts on. When the the khoya melt, plums, peaches and mix until evenly mixed. Tray in the nuts and spread this mixture sprinkle remaining nuts in it. The tray is placed in the refrigerator and allow it to set. Cut and serve when the burfi settings,.
